FBG is owned and operated by BRAD JENKINS who, having operated several of Sydney’s iconic Hotels including Coogee Bay Hotel, Mona Vale Hotel and Castle Hill Tavern, has extensive Hotel experience.
Brad has a degree in in accounting, which combined with his operational background, delivers simple and effective management systems. The staff at FBG are from Hospitality backgrounds with a sound understanding of frontline operations.
